
As President and CEO of I3 Principles, Ms. Hill brings vast experience and accomplishment to the technology market with over ten years experience working within the industry. Prior to starting I3 Principles, she was a Partner and National Director of Sales at Harbor Technology Group. Ms. Hill, along with partners at Harbor Technology Group, was responsible for building, running and selling the company to Mellon Financial Corporation. In addition, Ms. Hill has been in management at two leading consulting firms: Arthur Andersen, LLC and Corio, Inc. Ms. Hill received her Bachelors of Art degree in Marketing from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and her Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and Organizational Development from Georgia State University.
Jennifer Shaw joined I3 Principles as an operating partner with nearly 20 years experience in the technology sector in May 2006. As an operating partner, Ms. Shaw is responsible for overseeing I3 Principles sales and partner initiatives and driving 100% customer success. Ms. Shaw is an authority in building successful customer bases and sales programs, a process which she has executed no less than six times at companies such as Quova, Corio, Interworld and Vantive Corporation. Ms. Shaw holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and a Master of International Business from Georgia State University.
